ARRT Program

The ARRT Program, developed in partnership with the Central Alberta Child Advocacy Centre, is a comprehensive therapy initiative designed to support children and adolescents 8-17 years old facing challenges related to mental health, trauma, and relationships. This funded program offers individual therapy sessions with specialized trauma professionals, ensuring that each young person receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs., the ARRT Program recognizes the importance of family dynamics providing family and parent/guardian therapy where applicable, to foster healthy attachments and enhance resiliency. Through a holistic approach, the program aims to empower youth to navigate their struggles and build stronger, healthier connections in their lives.

Attachment
Healthy attachment plays a crucial role in healing from trauma by providing a sense of safety security. It fosters trust and connection, allowing individuals to express their and experiences without fear of judgment. Through supportive relationships, individuals can process their trauma and begin to rebuild their sense of self.
Resiliency
Resiliency plays a crucial role healing trauma, as it empowers individuals to adapt and recover from challenging experiences. By resilience, people can cultivate strength and find hope, ultimately leading to a more fulfilling life beyond their trauma.

Relationships
Healthy relationships play a crucial role in healing trauma by providing support and understanding. They create a safe space where individuals can express their feelings and experiences without fear of judgment. Through and empathy, these relationships foster resilience and promote emotional recovery.
Trauma
Integrating the mind, body, and soul is essential for trauma recovery because emotional wounds often manifest as physical tension and spiritual disconnection that talk therapy alone may not reach. By acknowledging the body's stored physiological responses, survivors can move beyond cognitive understanding to physically release the "stuck" energy of past events. Ultimately, a holistic approach restores a sense of internal harmony and purpose, ensuring that healing is not just a clinical process but a profound reclamation of one's entire being.
